Publica

Version 1 has developed Publica, the templated low cost, fixed price, high quality solution for UK Public Services organisations. Publica forms the basis of all E-Business Suite implementations, based on best practices and experience from previous engagements.  The use of Publica reduces project timeframes and cost by providing a high percentage fit to common business issues and a fast start to the implementation, meaning that the project can focus on client specific requirements and issues.
 

VERSION 1 PUBLICA ADDITIONALLY INCLUDES A LIBRARY OF VALUE-ADD ENHANCEMENTS WHICH HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED FROM NUMEROUS IMPLEMENTATIONS INCLUDING:

  • UK Reporting Packs – pre-built content of the most commonly used reports across the UK client base, delivered via highly graphical and flexible reporting solutions
  • Scanning solutions – defined, standard solutions for Optical Character Recognition of key documents such as vendor invoices
  • Budgeting and Planning solutions – defined solutions to satisfy complex budget preparation and mid-year forecasting requirements
  • Data migration and interfacing tools sets – plug and play interfacing modules to the most commonly used third party systems used by the client base
  • E-commerce integration – defined solutions to integrate with common Marketplaces & Exchanges used across the UK Public Services including IDeA, @UK, UKProcure, GHX, ProcServe
  • Version 1 Publica includes a project directory (containing all relevant documentation, project plans, and value-add enhancements) which is constantly updated to reflect lessons learnt from previous engagements.
