Client Profile

The DSS team won Digital Team of the Year 2018 at Digital Leaders Awards. The Awards recognise achievements in the digital industry, celebrating both teams and individuals that are at the forefront of digital transformation.

Challenge

To meet citizens’ expectations, DSS sought to create a solution to provide citizens a seamless, transparent, personalised and two-way experience with government. Recognising that government websites are one-way and transactional, DSS wanted an effective way to communicate with today’s digital citizens. DSS engaged with Version 1 to build a digital solution that would effectively communicate, promote and amplify uptake of government services and information.

Solution

The Version 1 team deployed, configured, customised and supports the content management solution that underpins the new MyNI website for Northern Ireland government.
