We are delighted to share the news that we have been selected as the Oracle Managed Support partner for Polk County, Florida.
Polk County serves approximately 800,000 Floridians situated between the Tampa and Orlando metropolitan areas in the United States.
In this vital role, we will collaborate closely with Polk County’s in-house support team to deliver comprehensive Oracle SaaS Managed Services. Our support will span core applications such as Finance, Procurement, HR, Payroll, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), encompassing Functional, Technical, and DBA domains.
Additionally, we will provide ongoing support for the County’s existing Platform as a Service (PaaS) extensions and assist with the quarterly update cycles.
Our service delivery will be driven by ASPIRE, our next-generation Managed Service model, which will be customized to meet Polk County’s specific needs. This partnership aims to offer a proactive, value-led service highlighted by continuous service improvement, ensuring that Polk County’s operations are both effective and efficient.
