Our employees get 24 days leave allowance plus national bank holidays. And for those who have personal goals and ambitions that they want to achieve outside of work, we offer up to 13 weeks of unpaid leave allowance too. We also offer additional types of leave for your moments that matter including wedding leave, parental leave, reproductive leave and special leave.

Success Scheme

Our Success Scheme is unique to us, enabling our people to be company shareholders. Points (which represent a shareholding) are accrued based on an individual’s time with us and these will be realised when we reach our next significant growth milestone. Profit Share

Our employee-designed profit share scheme means our employees share a portion of company profits every quarter. Each employee receives a portion of the profit based on their performance and their level in the company. This is a fair and transparent process that ensure employees on equivalent performance and level receive the same profit share amount each quarter. We are proud to have been consistently paying our profit share every quarter for more than 14 years.
