The services we provide

Migration to Cloud Infrastructure

We specialise in migrating PeopleSoft to Cloud Infrastructure, leveraging extensive experience across OCI, Azure, and AWS. Our process includes an initial cloud assessment and high-level design, followed by detailed deployment and execution of the migration, and culminating in the transition to managed services for infrastructure, database, and the PeopleSoft platform. We ensure that projects meet cost, performance, security, and governance requirements. Our experience is extensive, spanning various organisations and highly referenceable.

PeopleTools Upgrades

We have been consistently at the forefront of PeopleSoft technology. Over the years, our upgrade methodology has been continuously refined and optimised. Our clients rely on us to deliver upgrades quickly and safely, unlocking new functionalities within the Tools release while maintaining a secure platform. From our labs, where we activate the latest releases within a day of Oracle’s release, to the many upgrades we complete each major release, we ensure projects are completed swiftly and successfully, enabling clients to focus on other PeopleSoft initiatives.

PeopleSoft Platform Managed Services

There has been a significant increase in the number of clients seeking third-party management of their PeopleSoft platforms. We excel in managing the infrastructure and database (if needed), and primarily the PeopleSoft platform itself. This includes 24×7 alerting and monitoring, platform incident management, CPU assessment, application, and often includes PeopleTools upgrades and PUM updates. These services ensure that the underlying platform is managed securely by experts, mitigating issues such as extended hours coverage, resource limitations, and distractions. This enables in-house PeopleSoft teams to concentrate on more value-added activities.

PeopleSoft Application Managed Services

Often an extension of PeopleSoft Platform Managed Services, we also offer development and application managed services across all PeopleSoft pillars. This service encompasses proactive management and incident management for configurations, data issues, integrations, customisations, and reporting. These services often include minor change work to align the PeopleSoft application with client requirements.

PUM Updates & Application Upgrades

The PUM/Image release process has been established for over 10 years. Despite its familiarity, keeping current can be challenging due to its impact on resources and the live solution. We can support or lead projects to deploy the latest functionality swiftly, manage the impact on the current solution, and exploit new features. For clients not yet on version 9.2, we have has extensive experience with application upgrades, having completed over 30 upgrades to 9.2 in the past decade.

Functional Optimisation

Staying across the many new features and functionalities and understanding how to deploy them quickly for maximum value can be challenging. Some organisations also face issues where the solution does not meet specific organisational challenges or opportunities. Our optimisation service helps customers understand three key aspects: • What features are available that have not yet been deployed, • Why these features would be beneficial, including increased user engagement, improved usability, and process efficiency, • When these could be implemented, along with a cost estimate. We can assist you in determining which implementations will deliver the greatest value for the least investment.

Technical Optimisation

Oracle continues to enhance the PeopleSoft toolset in application development and infrastructure technologies. Development: With PUM/Image updates and application upgrades, we can help you minimise the impact of your application customisations on future updates through non-invasive customisation techniques or by eliminating customisations during process reviews. This could include the use of Drop Zones, Event Mapping, Page & Field Configurator, and other PeopleTools Frameworks to optimise your application. Infrastructure: Our PeopleSoft infrastructure team stays current with the latest innovations in PeopleTools deployment and building technology, enhancing these with industry standards like Ansible and Terraform. We can review your PeopleSoft architecture to optimise performance, security, and manageability.

Integration Services

PeopleSoft offers a powerful and flexible set of integration tools. Our integration consultants are experts in all PeopleSoft integration technologies, including Integration Broker, REST & SOAP web services, Application Services Framework, file-based integrations, and more. We have much experience managing complex cloud-to-on-premises integrations in environments requiring high performance and security and integrating with corporate Enterprise Service Bus platforms.
