Version 1 Announces deal with University of Birmingham

IT Services company Version 1 today (21st July 2016), announced a major ten year deal with the University of Birmingham. The deal covers the provision, implementation and ongoing support and maintenance of a fully integrated Oracle Cloud Finance, Human Resources and Payroll Suite with Oracle Document Management and BI Reporting solutions.
Commenting on the deal University of Birmingham Director of Finance Chris Granger said “Following a rigorous competitive procurement process, we selected Version 1 based on a fit-for-purpose Oracle Cloud Applications solution and our confidence in their ability to deliver a large scale change programme of this nature. The new solution will help transform our core HR and Finance processes, supporting improved process efficiency and delivering enhanced information that will be readily accessible by users across the University.”
