Version 1 Named as Oracle SaaS Managed Services Partner for Walsall Council
Appointed as an Oracle SaaS Managed Services Partner
Version 1 is delighted to announce that we have been appointed the Oracle SaaS Managed Services partner for Walsall Council on a multi-year contract.
Working closely with their in-house support team, Version 1 will provide ASPIRE-led Oracle SaaS Managed Services to Walsall Council for its core Finance, Procurement, HR, Payroll, and EPM applications across Functional, Technical, and DBA domains. This also includes support for the Council’s existing PaaS extensions, as well as support across the quarterly update cycle.
ASPIRE is Version 1’s Next-Generation Managed Service model which will be tailored to the Council’s exact requirements, delivering a proactive and value-led service underpinned by continual service improvement. This announcement follows several high-profile Managed Service wins such as Channel 4, Office for Rail and Road, and SIA.
Raj Boparai, Head of ERP Managed Service at Version 1, said:
We are proud to be working alongside Walsall Council once again, this time as their chosen Oracle SaaS Managed Services partner. We are excited to be working in partnership with the Council for many years to come and look forward to delivering value and efficiencies back to the users and business.
