Version 1, has announced the acquisition of Birmingham based company, Patech Solutions.

Ireland’s leading IT consulting and managed services company, Version 1, has today (Monday, 12th January 2015) announced the acquisition of Birmingham based company, Patech Solutions Ltd for an undisclosed sum. This latest purchase by Version 1 is its fifth acquisition in its strategic growth plan.
Version 1’s acquisition of Patech Solutions Ltd is due to its significant experience of the Oracle E-Business Suite product stack and associated technologies. Patech has invested considerably in providing value added services that deliver to its clients. The acquisition will see Version 1 strengthen its position as the leading Oracle partner in the UK and Ireland.

The combination of Version 1 and Patech’s services will help Version 1 deliver a complete line of technology enabled solutions and services across a wide range of products to its customers. The acquisition will embrace Patech’s set of offerings including Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion.
