Version 1 is delighted to announce that we have been named the Greatest Mid-Sized workplace™ in India by Great Place to Work™.  

The Great Place to Work®, Great Workplaces™ India Awards took place on Wednesday, June 28th 2023 with eight members of the Version 1 team attending.  

This is the second consecutive year we have entered and been awarded the top spot at the Great Place to Work Awards™ in India. After being awarded the top spot last year, Version 1 was thrilled and has continued to implement its core values, building its company culture, and providing a sense of belonging to all employees, resulting in ranking top again.

Version 1 has had a successful year at the Great Place to Work™ awards throughout 2023. In February we were named the Best Large Workplace in Ireland by Great Place to Work® and in April we received 5th place in the Great Place to Work® UK awards. 

When participating in GPTW, one requirement is for employees to complete a survey which analyses various areas in the business such as Career Development, Wellbeing, Culture and Fair Treatment. Each year, this is followed by an internal survey for use within the business.

100% of employees based in our India office provided answers for our internal survey which is a perfect response rate. With this in mind, 100% of employees said that Version 1 is physically a safe place to work which is something we are extremely proud of.   

Other results from the internal employee survey showed that 97% of staff believed they were treated as a full member here regardless of their position, and 98% felt good about the way Version 1 contributes to society. This represents the positive working environment Version 1 has developed and is continuing to develop as we continue to grow.
